Dear Members:

In response to the ever-changing COVID-19 situation, we will be CLOSING ALL BRANCH LOBBIES, effective Tuesday, March 17, until further notice.  We will continue to serve our members through the Drive-Thru lanes ONLY at ALL branches (regular branch hours).  Staff will also be available by phone during normal business hours.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our members, but feel strongly that this is a necessary step to protect the health and well-being of our members, staff, and community.

Please remember, you can bank from your computer or smartphone 24/7 through PA Central’s Virtual Branch Online Banking, and our free PA Central Mobile App.  Our free ATM Network is also available 24/7.

Thank you for your trust and patience as we try to manage this unprecedented situation.  We will continue to update you with additional information as it becomes necessary.

Dear Members:

I am writing on behalf of the entire PA Central family to assure you that the health and safety of our members and employees remains our top priority.  In that regard, we want to share an important message about the coronavirus (COVID-19). As the coronavirus is having a greater impact throughout the country, we want you to know that we are monitoring the situation closely and we are taking every precaution possible to protect members, visitors and staff at PA Central Branches.

As part of our commitment to your health and well-being, we are carefully following recommendations from the CDC and the PA Department of Health.  We have been diligently cleaning and disinfecting areas and equipment that come in contact with members and staff, and have added extra hand sanitation dispensers in our branches.  We encourage you to learn how to protect yourself and prepare for the potential spread of the coronavirus as well.

Nevertheless, if you do not feel comfortable visiting one of our branches during this pandemic, our staff is more than willing to assist you during our regular business hours.

I would also like to remind all members that you can bank online 24 hours a day/7 days a week with free PA Central Virtual Branch Online Banking, and our free PA Central Mobile App for your smart phone. If you do not have these useful tools, you can enroll in Virtual Branch on the website, and download the Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
