Below is a list of the 2018 Board of Directors Nominees:

J. Michael Davis (Incumbent)

Mike has been able to combine his business acumen and passion for advancing the credit union cause as an active Board Member of PA Central since 1999. He parlayed his degree from Gettysburg College in Business Administration into a successful career in business management that spanned over 30 years. He brings an understanding of the dynamics involved with thriving within a competitive environment, whether in private business or in the operations of PA Central, and has been able to transfer this understanding into practical input during his tenure on the Board of Directors. Mike has always approached his role with PA Central as one of service, and looks forward to continuing to serve the institution and its members.

William R. Brightbill (Incumbent)

Bill is born and bred in Harrisburg, setting the foundation for his understanding of, and passion for, all things Central Pennsylvania. Bill is cognizant of the fact that the success of the community translates into the success of the credit union serving that community, and has first hand experience in both areas. He has served on the PA Central Board of Directors for over 20 years, and has been Chairman of the Board since March, 2016. As a former business owner, Bill has not only shared his expertise in contributing to the successful expansion of PA Central’s products and services, but has also taken great satisfaction as he sees how these improvements have benefitted his Central PA community. He would like to continue to apply the experience he has gained serving on the board, as well as his background in sales and business ownership, toward the continued growth of the Credit Union.

Hal W. March (Incumbent):

Hal has over 35 years of credit union experience in a variety of roles. Before arriving at PA Central in 2002, where he serves as Vice President, Hal’s capacity as a resource for over 200 credit unions in loan policy development, product and services implementation, and regulatory compliance, gave him the background needed to develop his keen eye for industry trends and understanding of a wide variety of issues related to maintaining a healthy credit union. His inclusion on the Board of Directors will allow him to continue to serve both the institution and its members by taking an active role in shaping the future. Hal believes that PA Central FCU is supported by a solid foundation, both financially and in the area of innovation, and he feels that he is in a strong position, along with the other members of the Board of Directors, to build upon that strength.
