Annual Meeting Information
Notice of Petition:
The election for Board of Directors will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when the number of nominees is equal to the number of positions to be filled. Nominations for vacancies may also be made by petition signed by 1% of the members. Each nominee by petition must submit a statement of qualifications and biographical data with the petition, accompanied by a signed certificate stating that he or she is agreeable to the nomination and will serve if elected to office. Deadline for petitions is March 8, 2017.
2017 Annual Meeting Information
The PA Central Federal Credit Union Annual Meeting will be held Friday, April 28, 2017 at Country Inn and Suites (1025 Peiffers Lane Harrisburg, PA 17109). The time of the meeting will be 8:00 a.m. Please RSVP to register by 4/17/17 by calling 717-564-4661, ext. 122 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration for this meeting is mandatory for admittance.
Below is a list of the 2017 Board of Directors Nominees:
Edgar Hubbard (Incumbent)
Mr. Hubbard has over 30 years of experience with credit unions as both a Supervisory Committee member and as a member of the Board of Directors. He has served the members of PA Central Federal Credit Union in both these capacities since 2001, initially with the Supervisory Committee, and subsequently adding his Board of Directors responsibilities. He curently serves as Chair of the Supervisory Committee. Mr. Hubbard believes this combination of service and experience qualifies him to continue serving on PA central Federal Credit Union's Board of Directors, and to continue addressing the needs of the membership.
Gregory E. Wagner (Incumbent)
Mr. Wagner has worked at PA Central Federal Credit Union for over 28 years, and has served as President/CEO since 1992. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2003 and currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer. Mr. Wagner holds a BS degree in Business/Finance from Albright College and began his career with the credit union in 1988 as a loan officer. During his tenure as CEO, the credit union has been innovative and resilient, enabling PA Central to effectively compete and further withstand economic and industry related challenges. His desire is to continue his work with the Board in building on the tremendous growth and success of the credit union for the future.
Corinne Sherman (Incumbent)
Ms. Sherman brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to PA Central FCU. During her lengthy tenure with the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association, she rose to Senior Vice President of Fee Services, allowing her to focus her expertise in business development and credit union products and services. Ms. Sherman's educational background includes a degree in Business Administration from Central Penn College, and a Certificate of Achievement in MBA essentials from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. She also has served on several financial industry related organizations. as a board member with the CU Solutions Group and as an Advisory Committee member for Card Services for Credit Unions (CSCU). Ms. Sherman brings a unique perspective to PA Central, with a relationship as both a member and a business associate. She looks forward to sharing her proficiency, background, and energy with us as a member of the Board of Directors.
