**Joint Membership Application⬇️

** Signing tips for Joint Applications: Once you complete the application, and complete the “SIGNATURE” required field you will be prompted to add the JOINT APPLICANTS NAME and email address. Next, you will receive an email to authenticate your identity – click on the link in the email. You will receive a message: “Joint Member App has been verified. It has now been emailed to the additional signer(s) for their signature.”

Once the Joint Member completes their part of the form and e-signs, the application will be automatically forwarded to PA Central FCU for processing.
