Planning to Travel?

You can set travel plans for your PA Central Debit and/or Credit Card in our Mobile App or you can notify the Cards Department of your travel plans by calling us at 717-564-4661.

Should your card be denied due to suspicious activity…

Our fraud monitoring service will contact you, you’ll be asked to verify the legitimacy of a purchase that was made with your card information. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, we’ll block your card and reissue a new one.

If your card is lost or stolen while traveling…

First, log in to our Mobile App, choose the lost or stolen card and turn it off. Then, it is important to contact us to report your card lost or stolen. Or, If you discover that your card has been lost or stolen, and it is during business hours (M-F 8:30 to 5 pm), please contact our Cards Department representative at 800-356-3875 or 717-564-4661.

If your card is lost or stolen after PA Central FCU business hours, please call 800-356-3875.
