PA Central FCU provides various ways to
access your loan information & loan payment options
After your loan is processed, you will receive an email from yourautoloan@pacentralfcu.com containing member/account number and loan suffix number for making payments. Keep an eye on your Inbox. Please call us if you don’t receive this email or if you have misplaced your information.
Options to make payments on your loan:
ELECTRONIC/AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS If you’d like to have your loan payment debited from an account at another financial institution, please complete our ACH Form. This will guarantee your payments will be electronically debited on time each month. Please refer to your loan contract provided to you by your auto dealer for your payment amount and due date.
Another option is that you can use your financial institutions “Bill Pay” service. Bill Pay services mail a payment from your account on your behalf and you have the flexibility of picking the date it is sent. If you need help setting this up, contact your financial institution where you do your banking.
E-ZPAY ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL* PA Central FCU offers E-ZPay so you can make a payment or pay online whenever it’s more convenient than putting a check in the mail. There’s no sign up required. Processing fee of $5.99 will apply. Loan payments are made in REAL-TIME and currently can not be scheduled in advance.
To use E-ZPay Online Payment Portal, you will need the following information: your 5-Digit Member Account Number and the loan holders date of birth, payment amount and debit card or ACH payment information. If you do not know your 5-Digit Member Account Number, contact us (Monday through Saturday during business hours) and we will assist you.

Please have your insurance company mail or fax us a copy of your insurance policy with PA Central FCU listed as the lienholder, to our East Park Drive office. (ID Cards ARE NOT accepted.) Insurance deductibles may not exceed $1000.00 each.

ONLINE ACCOUNT AND LOAN REVIEW
You can view your PA Central FCU loan account by enrolling in Virtual Branch Online Banking. In Virtual Branch you can view when your loan is due and all payment history. Loan payoff amount does not display in Virtual Branch, please call us for this information. Once you have Virtual Branch set-up, you will be able to use our Mobile App for account review.
Follow the steps below to enroll in Virtual Branch:
- Choose the Banking Login above, or visit the Banking Login button on our home page to get started. Once on our Virtual Branch page, choose First Time User, click enroll. Your log on ID is the first 5 digits of your account number. PIN is the last 4 digits of your social security number.
- Read and Accept Terms and conditions (click link), checkmark box and then click continue.
- Next, follow the instructions to complete a new Log On ID and Security Code (password) to enroll.
- You will then need to choose 3 security questions and provide answers.

E-ZPay Payment Portal
To use E-ZPay* you will need your 5-digit PA Central FCU member number/account number, the loan holders date of birth. Follow the steps to set up your PIN to access E-ZPay in the future. If your cell phone number is recorded in your account, you will receive loan text reminders with a payment link to make a real-time payment from your phone.
ACH Payments
What is ACH?
An automated clearing house payment or ACH payment, for short, is a form of electronic funds transfer sent from one bank account to another. Set this up once. Never worry about late payments. You can locate the ACH form on our website on the FORMS page or click here.
Virtual Branch Online Banking
Create a Virtual Branch Online account to have access your loan information 24/7. With Virtual Branch, view your loan balance and payment history. If you have a checking account with us, you can schedule a payment from your checking account to make payment on your loan.
